What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give your flight number when you book and we track it. Your driver is notified of the new landing time automatically, and the waiting time is included in the fare — there is no surcharge for a late flight, in either direction.
How many passengers fit, and what if we are more?
The first four passengers ride on the base fare, so a family or a small group pays for the vehicle once. Each passenger beyond that adds a per-person fee, which is shown as its own line in the fare breakdown before you pay anything.
Can I book both directions at once?
Yes — choose Round trip in the search. It is one reservation covering both legs, and the quote shows the return leg as its own amount rather than hiding it inside a doubled total. A return is the same vehicle on the same booking, not a second reservation to keep track of.
Where exactly will I meet the driver?
Meet & greet at the arrivals hall unless you say otherwise — your driver will be holding a sign with your name. If you would rather be collected from your hotel, put it in the booking notes and it is arranged from there.
What about luggage and child seats?
Standard luggage is included in the fare. Extra large items, golf clubs, surfboards, and child seats are worth mentioning in the booking notes so the right vehicle is sent, and it costs nothing extra to ask.
How long is the wait at the airport?
